(Event Support) HELP of Southern Nevada's Tea, Trends, and Tranquility Fundraising Event

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: HELP's Tea event raises crucial funds to support its mission of preventing and ending homelessness one youth, one family, and one individual at a time. Volunteers are needed to assist with Event Set Up.

VOLUNTEER ROLE: Volunteers will assist will all aspects of event logistics and execution – greeting guests, guest check-in, raffle sales, silent auction, photo booth, activations, fashion show assistance, paddle raise, event breakdown, etc.

ATTIRE: Business casual/Luncheon attire

CHECK-IN: Volunteers will check in at the Cactus Room outside of the Agave Ballroom, sign in on the volunteer sheet, and receive direction from a HELP team member.

PARKING: Free parking is available in either parking garage at Durango Casino & Resort. The closest garage to the Agave Ballroom is the one located near the hotel entrance on the South West side of the property.

SNACKS: Host has offered to provide snacks for volunteers!
